Rep. John Mica was a favorite guest of Scott’s throughout his career, no matter the venue. Here, Scott interviews the first-term Congressman after his 1992 election to the House of Representatives. One thing is for certain… the policy discussions didn’t change all that much over the course of two decades.

Here is the video that was produced for the Orange County Regional History Center display (August-November 2016). Major kudos to Ybeth Bruzual for her work to single-handedly pull this display and this event together. Besides the video, there were personal and professional mementos on loan to the History Center from Scott’s son Emory, as well as from Scott’s Executive Producer from News 13, Jennifer Cook.
